Take your outdoor entertainment to the next level with our custom pavilion kits! These pavilions are perfect for your dream grilling station, poolside retreat or hang out space for friends and family. Kits come ready-to-assemble on your foundation.
OUR STANDARD PACKAGE SIZES RANGE FROM 12X16 TO 20X28
Our kits include:
8/12 roof slope; 12” eave overhangs; 18” gable end overhangs
8x8 posts (8’ long) with curved angle braces; Powder-coated steel post bases
Precut 8x8 girder beams with scroll-cut ends; Precut 4x8 ridge beam (Larger beams as required on some kits)
Preassembled King truss at each end (plus one in center if 24’ long or more); Precut 6x6 rafters @ +/-4’ O.C.
2x6 T&G roof decking boards (must be cut to proper length during construction)
Ice & water shield; drip edge for perimeter of roof
30-year architectural shingles or metal roof packages are available
Lags/timber screws for assembly of timbers
*Fasteners for 2x6 roof decking boards and fasteners for shingles are not included.
*Concrete anchors for attaching post bases to foundation are not included.
*Stains/sealants for wood products are not included.
Custom sizes and designs are also available. Our pavilions kits do not include a floor system.
